How did you get into Radio and working at CityBeat? I first got into radio back in 2001 on the flag market within Preston for a community 4-week licence. This was a great part of my life, as from when I was at school I always wanted to be on radio and have my own show. What’s your favourite thing about (Saturday Morning Brunch)? City Beat is a great station and a great way to push forward! I have my own show on City Beat on a Saturday and totally love the 2 hours I do. City Beat is a growing station and I love it because it’s NEW and fresh with a twist of community within it. I love the show I do because it allows me to interact with people finding out info and gossip about what they get up to on a Saturday Morning. If you could have ONE guest on your show, who would it be and why? One guest…… hmmmm this would have to be Robbie Williams, simply because I think he is a good guy an inspiration to men in the world and a funny guy also. If I could have anyone on my show I think it would be Craig David, an absolute legend from the 90s with garage vibes. He, if I am honest, is my legend of the 90s. Tell us about yourself.. What hobbies and interests do you have outside of CityBeat? I am at this time building up my own business and working as a DJ at the weekends for functions. I like to spend time with my family and love taking them out on trips etc. I also like to spend time making new mixes for myself and posting them on sound cloud.
